What the service is
BrandsBank suggests business name ideas from a keyword you provide and indicates whether a matching domain appears to be available. It is an idea tool. It does not register domains for you, does not reserve names, and does not create any legal right to a name.
Your responsibility before using a name
Name suggestions are generated automatically and are not checked against trademark registers, company registers, or existing businesses. Before you use any name commercially you are responsible for:
- searching your national trademark register and the registers of any country you plan to operate in;
- checking company name registers and existing businesses in your industry;
- confirming with a domain registrar that the domain is genuinely available at the moment of registration;
- taking your own legal advice when the name matters to your business.
Domain availability shown on this site is indicative and can change at any moment. Only a registrar can confirm availability.
Acceptable use
You may use BrandsBank for your own naming research, including for clients. You may not attempt to overload, scrape at scale, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the service or the systems behind it, and you may not use it to build a competing name database.
The names you generate
BrandsBank makes no ownership claim over the name ideas it suggests to you, and charges nothing for using them. Note that generated names are not exclusive: the same or a similar suggestion can be shown to someone else.
